Overview

Every card is a table in the Gabe_Udoette schema. Add, edit, and delete rows through the app and watch the transactional database enforce its keys and constraints. Follow the groups top-to-bottom — parent rows must exist before the rows that reference them.

Catalog

A track a student can enroll in (e.g. Data Analytics). Parent of cohorts and courses.

A dated class group within a program. Students belong to exactly one cohort.

A course offered under a program. Referenced by assignments and enrollments.

A teacher who can be assigned to courses and grade work.

Junction table linking an instructor to a course they teach.

Admissions

An applicant in the admissions funnel. A student is created from an accepted lead.

An enrolled student, created from a lead and placed in a cohort.

Student phones1

Phone numbers for a student. A student may have several (Mobile/Home/Work).

Academics

Links a student to a course they're taking. One row per student+course.

A graded piece of work belonging to a course.

Reference list of letter grades (A–F) applied to a grade.

A score for a student on an assignment, with a letter grade type.
